GAS FIRED BOX OVEN

BAE Systems Airbus

Designed, built and tested in our works, this is an Alocrome repair box oven for aircraft fairings. Operating in the range of 120°C - 250°C, the oven has a burner with a very high turndown ratio and fully modulating control. Thermocouples attached to the product and the the chart recorder give a quality audit trace.

operating at +/-3°C throughout the chamber
calibrated; traceable to NAMAS standards
process timer started by product temperature for repeatability
