ROLLS ROYCE

Gas-fired Dryer for the Aerospace industry

Manufactured for Environmental Resource Group as a part of a major contract for a non-destructive test plant at the Rolls Royce site near Nottingham, this box oven is direct gas-fired, and used to dry components after the final rinse following testing. 

The dryer is loaded with aircraft turbine blades on trolleys via the drop down ramp.
