This highly specialised oven has 12 compartments
arranged in two back-to-back rows. The arrangement allows 2 operators to
flow work in and out of the ovens. The ovens are sized to suit the
production rate of the operator.
Inside
each compartment is a product hanger designed to suit the customers work
jig. The hangar rotates, each hanger holding 6 jigs.
The
oven fans, heat exchanger, filters, controls, etc. are above the working
chamber, outside the clean-room. Construction in the clean-room is almost
entirely stainless steel and very easy to clean.
Designed, built and tested in our works,
including an air particle test. The oven was inspected working by the
customer before delivery
