HIGH-TEMPERATURE GAS-FIRED OVENS

One of a pair of twin-chamber pre-heat ovens for Surrey Plastic Finishers. These ovens are direct gas-fired with high volume re-circulating air, operating at temperatures up to 550°C.

These ovens are used to pre-heat heavy mild-steel components before dipping in a fluidised powder bed.

The ovens are manually loaded and unloaded via the counterweighted vertical doors. The doors are designed for a quick and easy operator process.
