H J Acrylics at Dewsbury have extensive experience with vacuum forming
domestic bathroom furniture and are aware that temperature
uniformity throughout the entire oven is critical for consistent forming
quality.
Their
production quickly outgrew a second-hand oven which hampered
efficiency because only half the shelves were operating within working
tolerance. H J Acrylics chose Caltherm to design their first new oven
because of our specialist experience and we could
guarantee temperature uniformity across the entire oven space.
The initial oven has three pneumatic doors, the
top door operating vertically for ease of operator access. A second oven
was a development of the first, with both doors operating vertically for even
easier access, and improved aesthetics; important since clients frequently visit
the factory.
