Industrie Planung Fischer, a German industrial
plant contractor needed two ovens to install on the Luton, UK production line of
the Vauxhall Frontera.
Caltherm were the chosen supplier, offering a practical re-circulating air solution.
The ovens operate at up to 70°C and pre-heat decals and side mouldings
finishing the Frontera before final inspection of the vehicle.
With one oven on each side of the production line, the single compartment
oven has multiple doors, to minimise heat loss. The drop down doors are
flush with the shelves, forming a small table to assist handling.
The rear of the ovens also have corresponding doors, allowing the shelves to
be filled by production line support staff. |
