MEDICAL CHEMICAL FLAT-BED CONVEYOR DRYER

As a medical product distributor, our client required to bring production control 'in-house'.  This dryer is complete with a conveyor to lift the product on to a vibrating feeder, which spreads the product thinly and evenly for drying on the flat bed conveyor.

  • Electric oven with two control zones
  • Products cools to ambient temperature as it passes through oven
  • Loading conveyor and vibrating feed have variable speeds for variable production rates and product type
