COMPOSITE CURING OVEN FOR F1 MOTOR RACING PARTS

Jaguar Racing have taken delivery of a new Caltherm oven for curing composite components for their motorsport Formula One cars.

The oven features:

Electric heating up to 200°C
Temperature precision to +/- 3°C within whole body of oven
Programmable temperature controls for controlled ramping, holding and forced cooling
Temperature uniformity traceable to NAMAS standards
Interior illumination through ceiling lights
Door viewing windows
Internal vacuum manifold for vacuum forming
Tested operating in Caltherm's works prior to delivery
