HOLDING DRYER

Turbine Surface Technologies is a new joint venture company set up by Rolls Royce and Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corporation to specialise in the application of coatings to the blades of aircraft turbines.  A new purpose-based facility has been set up near Nottingham. 

The company required a holding oven to store cleansed parts after non-destructive testing in an uncontaminated, moisture-free environment prior to masking-off areas that must remain coating-free.  Caltherm's proven expertise in building this sort of robust, industrial box oven/dryer meant a quick turnaround from placement of order to delivery.
