TROLLEY LOADED BOX OVEN FOR VARNISH CURING

Dagnall Electronics are one of the leading specialist designers and manufacturers of small transformers in the UK.

This box oven was built to cure varnish coatings on industrial transformers.

The oven includes an extraction system to safely remove the solvents that are evaporated during the drying process.

Designed around Dagnall's existing trolleys Internal protection to prevent trolley damage during loading Trolley loaded with transformers after final varnish dip Electrically heated Flexible temperature control between 170°C and 250°C High volume extraction to remove evaporated solvents Crated ready for delivery Client trained for installation and commissioning by Caltherm
The oven was ready for pre-delivery testing and inspection approximately 7 weeks from placement of order. After training by Caltherm, the equipment was installed and commissioned locally by the clients own staff. .
