MOULD PRE-HEAT OVEN

Rolls Royce Aerospace came to Caltherm to fulfill their requirement for an oven for a facility  manufacturing alloy components for aircraft engines.  

This oven pre-heats moulds to 450°C before installation on a precision casting machine.

• Operates up 550°C +/-5°C

• Calibrated to Rolls Royce specification

• Vertical pneumatic doors 

• Quick and efficient loading/unloading

• Pneumatic door means operator free to concentrate on handling

• Counterweighted door locks in open position 

• 2 separate safety circuits control door mechanism

• Internal design incorporates damage protection from loading 250kg moulds
