C.G.I. International already had four ovens supplied by Caltherm.

In collaboration with Caltherm a fifth specialised unit was designed to replace an existing home-made piece of production equipment.

This pre-heats funnels used in glass production to 68°C. Their working prototype unit used domestic fan heaters; Caltherm replaced these with robust industrial heaters designed for durable, reliable and accurate functioning.
