SILICONE HOSE CURING OVEN

Goodflex is a new company set up by individuals with considerable previous knowledge of the silicone industry. Their special area of expertise is in producing high quality silicone hoses for use in the food, pharmaceutical and motor industries.

Goodflex needed an unusually long oven to cure silicone hoses on to mandrels. The oven is 400 x 400 x 9000mm long, allowing hoses up to 9m long to be cured without bending the mandrels.

The oven is electric, with two re-circulating air fans.

The lid is in two halves, and counter-weighted for ease of use.
