Industrial Flatbed Conveyor Oven for Warner Electric company

 

RE-CIRCULATING AIR PREHEAT, CURING OVENS AND INTEGRAL COOLER FOR FRENCH PRODUCTION FACILITY

Warner Electric owns 4 manufacturing plants with ISO 9001 certification, 3 of which are in Europe, one in the United States.

Pre-heat, curing and cooling resin-curing oven built for Warner Electric's armature winding production

 

 

This complete system:  

  • Preheats cores ready for windings and resins to be inserted 

  • After this the complete armatures pass through the curing tunnel 

  • Finally they travel through the cooler to produce a finished product

  • A gravity conveyor on the outlet allows accumulation

  • Sensors on the outlets alarm if product is not removed

  • The conveyor systems are standard honeycomb mesh belt with tensioners and invertor control.
