ALPS Electronics electric annealing and paint drying box ovens shown ready for delivery in Caltherm's works

PLASTIC ANNEALING AND PAINT DRYING BOX OVENS

These two electrically heated box ovens for Alps Electric in Ireland have combined use, either;

drying printed plastic parts with extract fan, airflow proving switch and explosion relief

annealing plastic components with the extract turned off to improve energy efficiency

The oven design matches the design of existing product trolleys at Alps Electric (Ireland) Limited, manufacturers of automotive electrical parts and part of a large international manufacturing group of companies.
