DIP SPIN COATED COMPONENT DRYING AND CURING OVEN

Electrolytic Plating are a long established company in the West Midlands specialising in metal finishing and anti-corrosion treatments for the leisure, automotive and white goods industries.

They needed to increase production for their Delta range of high performance coatings.  Their original equipment had been built by a company that did not specialise in ovens, and it had always been 'adequate' 

This time they needed a professional oven with an integrated and much more robust conveyor belt; they came to Caltherm

The oven, which is in three sections, 'flashes-off', cures at up to 300ºC, and cools components after they have been through the STC dip-spin plant for coating. 

The overall dimensions of the oven are approximately 20m long by nearly 3m wide.
