	AUTOMATIC FLUX INJECTION MACHINE
Denso Marston have previously purchased specially designed 'air-knife' dryers from Caltherm (CLICK HERE for details). Shown here is another example of Caltherm's innovative approach to practical engineering for a truly productive production line. Denso manufacture vehicle radiators, and this is a piece of equipment which floods the radiator cores with brazing flux.
The machine is loaded and unloaded manually, but fully automated between load and unload. Flux is held in suspension by a stirrer in the reservoir and by continuous pumping through the delivery system. The delivery head seals with a gasket to the core head, operated pneumatically. This is an improvement on the equipment that this machine replaced, where the flux delivery was relatively uncontrolled, causing waste and mess. This system ensures an even injection of flux directly to the core.
