ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION DRYER ON CLEANING AND PRE-TREATMENT PRODUCTION LINE
CMK powder-coat aluminium extrusions.  The first stage of the process is cleaning and pre-treating the components.  At the end of the cleaning stage CMK used to have an aging, rusting, inefficient dryer.  They chose Caltherm to replace this, based on our experience of building top-loading industrial dryers at the rate of at least one a month.
This unit is gas-fired, with a motorised lid.  The extrusions are loaded in baskets after their final rinse.
