Modine Manufacturing Company has been leading the way in thermal management since 1916. They design, manufacture and test heat transfer products for a wide variety of applications and markets.

 

Modine have ordered a second flux application line for the Chennai facility. The line comprises: Burn-off oven with waste-gas incinerator; cooling and stabilising oven, reciprocating spray system with a wet-back booth; drying oven; cooler.

A major UK plant builder has ordered a top-loaded powder storm machine for a NDT (Non Destructive Test) production line for the penetrant testing of the large fan blades of commercial jet engines.  This is the third powder storm machine at this end user's site.

ALPS Electric employs over 700 people in Millstreet Town; the Facility has 56,000 square feet of world class manufacturing space and including SMT, moulding, decorative parts painting and lasering marking capabilities.

 

Alps, through our partner in Ireland, Contax, have ordered their fourth curing and annealing oven from Caltherm, testament to the quality and reliability of our manufacturing.

Chevron are a highly experienced multi-disciplined engineering team providing cost effective solutions to a variety of Blue Chip Airlines and Aviation Manufacturers throughout Europe.

 

Chevron, to ensure they comply with Nadcap AMS2750E, have ordered a heat treatment oven that will operate up to 550OC +/-5OC.

GE are a regular customer for Caltherm and their Chandlers Ford site have just ordered their third mobile heater for curing wind turbine composite components

Wallwork employs approximately 250 people offering a comprehensive heat treatment and hard coating service to the manufacturing industry. In recent years the group has invested extensively in new equipment and training in order to offer a high quality, competitive service to the aerospace, motorsport and medical industries.

 

Wallwork have ordered a drop-quench oven for heat treatment to the aerospace standard AMS2750E.

Caltherm, working for a major UK plant builder, are designing and building a 21m long top-loading dryer to Nadcap standard AMS2750E.  It will dry critical aerostructure components after NDT.

Federal Mogul have ordered their fifth spark plug pusher-kiln and press system, the second at their Burlington IA facility.
