AFT Fluorotec is a specialist processor of PTFE and VICTREX PEEK and manufacturer of complex precision machined components in engineering plastics.

They design and manufacture PTFE spring energised seals for specialist sealing applications, as well as a range of PTFE slide bearings and skidway systems for pipeline, ship building and construction projects.

 

AFT Flourotec have ordered a third 450°C Box Oven for their site in Hertford.

Ryanair is Europe’s Number 1 airline, carrying over 130m customers p.a. on more than 2,000 daily flights from 86 bases, connecting 215 destinations in 37 countries on a fleet of 430 Boeing 737 aircraft.

 

Ryanair have ordered a heat treatment oven with quench tank for heat treating critical components at their maintenance facility in Prestwick.

Luxfer have ordered a gas fired box oven with roll out trolley for the heat treatment of gas cylinders at their site in Nottingham.

Pilkington have numerous Caltherm ovens at various international sites; they have placed a further order with for four canister ovens and two liquid ovens at their sites in Vietnam and the USA.

Biscor is a part of PTFE Group of Companies, a leading manufacturer of specialty-coated performance fabrics, tapes and belts used in a wide range of manufacturing, packaging, maintenance and repair environments around the world. 

 

Biscor have ordered a cloth processing infrared oven, complete with cloth dip-tank and cloth unwind and rewind.

Safran Nacelles' Burnley site is synonymous with the manufacture of nacelle systems and thrust reversers. In recent years, the site had been primarily associated with the Airbus A330.

 

Safran already have four Caltherm ovens; this order is for a 1200OC furnace for preheating titanium for a forging process.  Built to the aerospace industry standard AMS2750E.

Phoenix have ordered a top-loading oven for the curing of cylinders on mandrels.

A plant builder has ordered two top-loaded vacuum dryers for the drying of aircraft engine components at low temperatures.

 

The dryers will comply with the aerospace thermal processing standard AMS2750E.

PEI-Genesis is a global leader in the design and assembly of custom engineered connectors and cable solutions for harsh environments.

 

PEI Genesis have bought Caltherm ovens for all their sites worldwide, including the UK, USA and China sites.  This order is for two conveyor ovens for the their Nogales, Mexico site, bringing the total number of ovens to six at the Nogales site

A plant builder have ordered a dryer for a production line they are building.

 

Caltherm will design the dryer in 3D in CAD and exchange drawings with the plant builder to ensure the dryer fits on the line.

Tonejet are developing a low-volume can printing plant that will allow small volume drinks manufacturs to can and label their drinks economically and flexibly.  Caltherm are designing a conveyor oven that will dry and cure the cans after printing.
