Biscor have ordered a cloth processing infrared oven, complete with cloth dip-tank and cloth unwind and rewind.

Safran Nacelles' Burnley site is synonymous with the manufacture of nacelle systems and thrust reversers. In recent years, the site had been primarily associated with the Airbus A330.


Safran already have four Caltherm ovens; this order is for a 1200OC furnace for preheating titanium for a forging process.  Built to the aerospace industry standard AMS2750E.

Phoenix have ordered a top-loading oven for the curing of cylinders on mandrels.

A plant builder has ordered two top-loaded vacuum dryers for the drying of aircraft engine components at low temperatures.


The dryers will comply with the aerospace thermal processing standard AMS2750E.

PEI-Genesis is a global leader in the design and assembly of custom engineered connectors and cable solutions for harsh environments.


PEI Genesis have bought Caltherm ovens for all their sites worldwide, including the UK, USA and China sites.  This order is for two conveyor ovens for the their Nogales, Mexico site, bringing the total number of ovens to six at the Nogales site

A plant builder have ordered a dryer for a production line they are building.


Caltherm will design the dryer in 3D in CAD and exchange drawings with the plant builder to ensure the dryer fits on the line.

Tonejet are developing a low-volume can printing plant that will allow small volume drinks manufacturs to can and label their drinks economically and flexibly.  Caltherm are designing a conveyor oven that will dry and cure the cans after printing.
