At Caltherm we believe that our service to our customers doesn’t end once a sale has been completed.


An industrial oven or furnace is an investment and we want to ensure that investment lasts as long as possible.


Servicing and Maintaining your oven or furnace is vitally important to ensure the safe, proper and optimum operation of the equipment.


We do not sub contract out our service contracts, therefore all of our visits are undertaken by experienced and qualified Caltherm engineers with extensive knowledge of our products.


Should you take out a service agreement with Caltherm, we will arrange for an engineer to attend site annually (or more frequently if requested). They will inspect, adjust and remedy any defects to the following;


Fans & Motors

Fan Performance


Heat Exchangers

Control Valves

Control Valve Actuators

Airflow Switch

Manual Valves

Safety Interlocks

Pneumatic Systems

Over Temperature “Policeman”

Motor Overload Setting

Door Operation

Door Seals.


Our engineers will leave a thorough report detailing any works undertaken.

Should any further works be required which are out of the scope of routine maintenance then we will offer a full comprehensive quotation outlining what we recommend.
